Nel 2001-2002 col Governatore Francesco Albino il Kiwanis Junior Distretto Italia ha realizzato il service del Kiwanis International Distretto Italia-San Marino “Sabbia per acqua” costruendo decine di pozzi d'acqua in Africa.
